A continuing education workshop exploring how suspension training and Pilates principles can work together to enhance movement quality, strength, stability, and body awareness.
This workshop examines the shared foundations of TRX and Pilates, including core control, alignment, breath, precision, and intentional movement. Participants will explore how suspension-based training can complement traditional Pilates programming while expanding exercise possibilities for both private and group sessions.
Through guided movement exploration and practical application, instructors will learn how to adapt Pilates exercises using the TRX and develop strategies for integrating suspension training into existing movement practices.
